Fruits fondue with chocolate
(for 6 persons)

Wash and dry gr 250 of white grapes and gr 250 of strawberries. Peel 2 kiwis and 1 orange and cut them in segments. Keep cool these fruits on a large plate.

According to your preferences and to the season you may use pears, apples and bananas.

Prepare the fondue putting in the special fondue pot gr 250 of plain chocolate cut in small pieces with dl 1,5 of fresh cream. Let warm at low fire stirring until the chocolate is completely melded. Add 6 little spoons of Cointreau liqueur and the juice of 1 orange. Stir always until you have a velvety cream.

The fruits will be plunged in the chocolate with the special long little forks.
