Roulades of Savoy
Let’s cut and clean the external
leaves of a savoy and put them in boiling salted
water for a moment. .Then strain it.
Now prepared compound of minced
meat, crumbled sausage, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan
cheese, salt, pepper, two eggs, minced parsley and
garlic.
Put in the centre of each leave a
spoon if the compound, then roll up and fasten the
roulade zith a toothpick.
Chop one onion coarsely and put
it in a pan with some butter. When it browns, take
it away. Put in the pan the roulades and cook adding
two spoons of tomato sauce.
