Little "gnocchi" parisian style
( for 6 persons )
Bring to the boil half litre
of milk with gr 100 of butter and a little spoon of
salt. Take it away from fire and pour in it at the
same time gr 300 of flour. Put it again on fire and
stir until the compound comes off the walls of the
pot.
Then incorporate one by one six
eggs.
With the help of two little
spoons, create some little oval “gnocchi” and put
them directly in boiling salted water. As soon as
they come to the surface, drain with a skimmer and
season with butter and different kinds of cheese you
like,
Put them in individual bowls,
garnish with some thyme and put in the oven at 180°
for about 20 minutes.
