Prickly lettuce neapolitan style
( for
6
persons )
Put two spoons of sultana in a
cup of warm water and leave there for a while.
Clean and wash two heads of
prickly lettuce and put them for a moment in boiling
salted water. Strain it.
Let warm in a pan three spoons of
extra virgin olive oil and let brown one clove,
then add the prickly lettuce, gr 100 of black
olives, one handful of capers, two spoons of
pine-seeds and the above sultana very well wrung.
Salt.
Let it cook at medium fir for 10 minutes. Serve it
immediately.
