You enter the porch and the apartment through a large stair from the parking. In front to the porch the lawn has a wonderful view on Farfa Abbey. There is also a barbecue.

Ground Floor:  The porch of 30 sqm has a big table with chairs. Entering the apartment you find a large kitchen ( electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwashing machine ) and a small toilet.

First Floor:  Through an elegant stair you reach a panoramic living room with fire place and sofa bed for 2 persons. 1 bed room with king size bed. 1 bed room with 2 beds ( possible also king size bed ). Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
